Lawn IQ

Software that respects how contractors work

You are on a job, then on the phone, then driving to the next bid. Lawn IQ is built for that pace: size the property from satellite at the office, set the service frequency, and price it against your own rates. Fast estimates, follow-up that does not fall through the cracks.

How a typical bid goes with Lawn IQ

1

Customer calls

Add them in the truck, name + address, 15 seconds.

2

Size the property

Search the address and trace the lot from satellite. The house comes off automatically and the mowable area is ready in about a minute.

3

Write the estimate

Apply your pricebook template, quantities × your price.

4

Send for signature

Customer signs on their phone, you get notified.

5

Collect the deposit

Stripe link in the email. Money in your account.

Total time from call to deposit: under 20 minutes. No going back to the office to "write up the quote."

Built for solo contractors AND growing teams

Whether you're a one-person operation with a truck and a ladder or a multi-branch company with 8 estimators, Lawn IQ scales with you. Start solo at $29/month, move to Team at $49/month (up to 5) when you hire your first estimators, Pro Team at $99/month (up to 10), or Platinum at $199/month (up to 20), Enterprise when you franchise.

Owner sees everything. Estimators see only their assigned customers. Admins manage the company pricebook and templates. Role-based access without paying enterprise prices.

Front Desk

A business line that rings your phone

A real business phone number for your company, built in. Place and answer calls, keep a shared call log your whole team can see, and text customers from a number that is not your cell. Every paid plan includes a real business phone number, free, with 120 minutes a month.

It rings like a real call

Incoming calls ring your iPhone with the standard call screen, on the lock screen, whether the app is open, in the background, or closed. Answer, decline, mute, and switch to speaker or AirPods.

One number, whole team

A shared call log and a shared text inbox, so nothing lands on one person's cell and disappears. Every call is filed against the customer it came from.

She answers when you cannot

Turn on the AI receptionist and she answers when you cannot. She knows your services, your hours and your service area, books estimates straight onto your calendar, takes a message when the caller needs a person, and emails you the recording and a summary. Both sides are told the call is recorded, and recording can be switched off.

Tax Central

Expenses, receipts and W-9s in one place

Track business expenses by job and by Schedule C category, so profit per job is a number you can see rather than one you work out in January.

Scan the receipt

Photograph a receipt and let it fill in the vendor, the amount and the category. Attach it to the job it belongs to.

Collect every W-9

Request a W-9 from every subcontractor you pay, signed on their phone and kept on file. Taxpayer numbers are encrypted and shown only as the last four digits.

Ready for your accountant

Schedule C category totals in one place at year end, instead of a shoebox and a weekend.

Timeclock

Clock in from the truck, approve from the office

Your crew clocks in and out from the app, picks the job they are on, and logs breaks as they take them. Every punch carries a location stamp, so the timesheet says where the day started as well as when. Included with Platinum and Enterprise at no charge. On every other paid plan it is a flat monthly add-on for the whole company, not per user, and trials can use it during the trial.

One tap, with a location

Clock in, start a break, end it, clock out. The app records the time and the location of each punch and shows the clock-in time on the card, so nobody is guessing at the end of the week.

Approvals that follow your org chart

A shift is submitted when it ends. Owners and admins see everyone and can edit or approve any shift; a team leader sees and approves the people under them. An employee who spots a mistake requests a correction rather than editing the record.

Ready for payroll

Mark each person hourly or salaried and choose whether salaried hours are tracked at all. Approved hours per person, per day, export as a CSV today and feed the payroll feature when it arrives.
